Chapter 4 Cleaning the Unit
3. Stitcher Head
Before following the procedures below, turn off the power switch of this machine referring
to the procedures in “1-2. Turning off the power”
(p.2-2)
and disconnect the power cords of this
machine from the wall outlet.
3-1. Information on wire we specify
The diameter of wire used for the stitcher head in this machine is #26 (0.5 mm/0.02 inch) to #24 (0.6 mm/0.03
inch). The wire diameter of #25 (0.5 mm/0.02 inch) is specied by our company.
3-2. Removing wire

Triangular handle

Turn the triangular handle to the non-
stitching position.
When set to the non-stitching position, there
will be a clearance as shown in the gure.

Release disk

While holding down the release disk,
pull out the wire.

Return the triangular handle to the
stitching position.
