8. Adjusting Each Part (DBM-600)
8-1. Adjusting the infeed paper holder
When paper is thin and the total number of sheets is small, paper may bend because it knocks against the
infeed paper holder. In this case, make the following adjustment.

Loosen the infeed paper holder knob
screws.

Move the bracket of the infeed paper
holder in the direction of the arrow
shown in the figure.
Checking the conveyance condition, move the
bracket little by little.

Tighten the infeed paper holder knob
screw.
8-2. Adjusting the stitching paper holder
If the gap between the stitching paper holder and the conveyance guide is not appropriate for the paper
thickness, paper jam or stitch misalignment may occur. In this case, make the following adjustment.
Standard position: [a] is set in the top hole as shown in the gure.

Loosen the stitching paper holder knob
screw.

Adjust the position of the stitching
paper holder.
When paper knocks against the stitching
paper holder, move the holder upward.
When paper sags in the gap between the
stitching paper holder and the guide plate:,
move the holder downward.

Tighten the stitching paper holder knob
screw.
