1-2. Paper jam error

Cause Solution
J001 Paper has not reached the infeed section. Open the top cover to remove the paper.
J002 Paper has remained in the infeed section.
J003 Paper has not reached the stitching back guide.
J004 Paper has remained at the stitching back guide.
J005 Paper has not reached the stitching section.
J006 Paper has remained in the stitching section.
J007 Paper has not reached the paper receiver.
Remove the paper.
J008 Paper has remained in the paper receiver.
J009 Paper has not reached the folding stopper. Open the top cover and remove the paper.
J010 Paper has remained in the folding stopper.
J011 Paper has not reached the folding ejecting section.
J012 Paper has remained in the folding ejecting section.
J013 Because of the existence of paper or paper chips,
paper was detected in the improper timing. .
Eject paper or paper chips using the key,
or open the top cover and remove the paper or
paper chips.

U031 The wire was not fed into the machine from the
stitcher head on the operator’s side.
1) Check if the ejected booklet is stitched.
2) If there is no wire on the wire reel mount, install
a new wire

. If there is a wire, adjust the
wire in the stitcher head again and perform a
stitching test.
3) Opening and closing the top cover clears the
error.
You can set the wire detection function to on or
o on the [Function] screen.

U032 The wire was not fed into the machine from the
stitcher head on the non-operator’s side.
U033(*1) The wire was not fed into the machine from the
stitcher head on the operator’s side.
U034(*1) The wire was not fed into the machine from the
stitcher head on the non-operator’s side.
U035 The paper receiver is full of ejected paper. Remove paper from the paper receiver.
U094 The stitcher heads located on the outer ends has
not been released for 2 stitching operations when
the 4 STITCH KIT is attached.
Release each stitch release lever located on the
outer ends.
