3-5. Aligning the paper passage lines
After preparing this machine for binding operations,
check that the paper passage line is aligned to that
of the upstream unit.
When paper conveyed from the upstream unit is
sent to this machine, check that there is even space
between the left and right side guides and paper.
If not even, adjust the position to avoid paper jams
following the procedures below.

Press the [Adjust] tab.
The [Adjust] screen is displayed.

Press the base adjustment screen.
The base adjustment screen is displayed.

Adjust the position of this machine
using the or key to make even
space between the left and right side
guides and paper.
4
Press the return key.
The [Adjust] screen is displayed.
