17.4 Minimum startup configuration
Field Replaceable Units
(FRU)
If the server does not start up or other problems occur, it may be necessary to
take the system down to its most basic configuration in order to isolate the
defective component.
The minimum startup configuration consists of the following components and
cables:
Component Notes
System board no TPM or expansion cards installed
1 CPU with heat sink installed in slot CPU 1
1 memory module installed in slot DIMM-1A
1 PSU installed on chassis
