This attribute returns the number of columns in the matrix for the card in the specified slot.

Details
This attribute is only available if the installed plug-in card supports matrix channels. If matrix channels
are not available, the return value is nil.
Example
print(slot[4].columns.matrix)
Returns the number of columns in the matrix
on the card in slot 4 (28).
