1.
Remove the cover on the left side of the machine.
2.
Remove the bolts (1) (9 pieces) and remove the cover (2).
3.
Remove the bolts (3) (6 pieces) and remove the cover (4).
4.
Check the belt.
If the belt shows the following state, it must be replaced.
• There is a vertical flaw (6) that crosses horizontal flaw
(5).
• There is a tear (7) on the belt.
Replacement is not required when only horizontal flaw (8)
is found on it.
5.
Install the cover (4) with bolts (3) (6 pieces).
6.
Install the cover (2) with bolts (1) (9 pieces).
7.
Install the cover on the left side of the machine.
EVERY 1000 HOURS MAINTENANCE
Maintenance for every 250 and 500 hours services should be performed out at the same time.
METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN TRANSMISSION CASE AND BRAKE SUB-
TANK, CLEANING STRAINER
Change the oil every 1000 hours or every 10000 km of travel, whichever comes sooner.
