Remove the nut (2) of breather assembly (1).

Remove the cover (3).
5.
Replace the breather element (4) with a new one.
6.
Install the cover (3) and nut (2).
7.
Remove the body pivot pin.
8.
Lower the dump body.
METHOD FOR LUBRICATING PARKING BRAKE
WARNING
• When performing maintenance, raise the brake oil pressure sufficiently to prevent the parking brake
from being automatically applied. In addition, hang a warning tag that can be seen clearly to prevent
any other person from operating the parking brake switch.
• Never put any oil or grease on the surface of the brake disc or pad.
1.
Stop the machine on a level place.
2.
Chock the tires to prevent the machine from moving.
3.
Raise the dump body.
4.
Fix the dump body with the dump body pivot pin.
5.
Before starting operations, raise the brake oil pressure sufficiently to prevent the parking brake from being
automatically applied, and check that the brake oil pressure caution lamp is not lit.
6.
Release the parking brake.
7.
Stop the engine.
