Turn the key to position 2 in the ignition
lock.

To increase/reduce: turn control =
clockwise or anti-clockwise (Y page 99),
(Y page 100).

Turn the key to position 2 in the ignition
lock.

To increase/reduce: turn control :
clockwise or anti-clockwise .
Demisting the windscreen
You can use this function to defrost the wind-
screen or to demist the inside of the wind-
screen and the side windows.

You should only select the demisting
function until the windscreen is clear again.

To switch on: activate cooling with air
dehumidification

Deactivate air-recirculation mode.

Turn controls :, = and A to the z
position (Y page 99), (Y page 100).

A to the desired position (apart from the
z position) (Y page 99), (Y page 100).

The indicator lamp in the ¦ button lights
up.
The system automatically switches to the
following functions:
R
cooling with air dehumidification on
R
high airflow

high temperature

air distribution to the windscreen and
front side windows
R
air-recirculation mode off

To switch off: press the ¦ button.
The indicator lamp in the ¦ button goes
out. The previously selected settings come
into effect again. The cooling with air dehu-
midification function remains on. Air-recir-
culation mode remains deactivated.

Press the à button.
The indicator lamp in the ¦ button goes
out. Airflow and air distribution are set to
automatic mode.

Press one of the 9 or : temperature
buttons.
The indicator lamp in the ¦ button goes
out. The air distribution is directed towards
the windscreen. Climate control switches
to manual mode.
or
X
Turn control : clockwise or anti-clock-
wise .
The indicator lamp in the ¦ button goes
out. The air distribution is directed towards
the windscreen. Climate control switches
to manual mode.
