8. Extend Slope Distance
After (or before) taking a distance measurement,
press the [O/S] and [8] keys to enter the function to
extend the Slope distance.
When no measurement was taken before entering
the function, a temporary measurement screen is
shown.
Input the slope distance you need to add or subtract.
Any value between -99.990 and +99.990 meters (or
-328.000 and +328.000 feet) can be input.
Press the [ENT] key to record the point.
