Laser Safety:
CDRH Regulations
This equipment complies with requirements of 21 CFR subchapter J for class I laser products. This
equipment contains a 6.2 milliwatt, 760-800 nanometer wavelength, GaAlAs laser diode. This equip-
ment does not emit hazardous light, since the beam is totally enclosed during all customer modes of
operation and maintenance.
Caution:
Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified in this manual
might result in hazardous radiation exposure.
Two kinds of size notation are employed in this manual. With this machine refer to the inch version.
For good copy quality, the supplier recommends that you use genuine toner from the supplier.
The supplier shall not be responsible for any damage or expense that might result from the use of parts
other than genuine parts from the supplier with your office products.
