C 0 4 0 0 Non-standard battery is used. Use the InfoLITHIUM battery.
C 0 6 0 0 The battery pack temperature is
high.
Change the battery pack or place it in a cool place.
C 0 6 0 1 The unit temperature is high. Place this unit in a cool place.
C 1 3 0 1 Memory card is unformatted or
memory card is broken.
Format the memory card.
Insert a new memory card.
C 1 3 0 2 Access error Remove the power source. Reconnect it again and operate
the unit again.
C 1 3 0 3 Access error (External media) Turn power off and turn power on again.
C 1 3 0 4 Abnormality of the drive (External
media)
Turn power off and turn power on again.
C 3 2 0 1 Trouble with hardware Turn power off and turn power on again.
C 3 2 6 0 Difficult to adjust focus
(Cannot initialize focus)
Turn power off and turn power on again. When this error is
not cleared, the focus control signal for the lens block may
be faulty.
Check whether this error is due to the lens or the board.
Replace the faulty lens or board.
E 2 0 0 0 Flash memory data are rewritten.
Make flash memory data correct value.

E 3 1 0 0 Abnormality of the drive Turn power off and turn power on again.
E 4 1 0 0 Abnormality of the wireless LAN
module or CPU
The peripheral circuit of between CPU and wireless LAN
module may be faulty.
Replace the board that contains this peripheral circuit.
E 4 1 0 1 Abnormality of network control de-
vice
Turn power off and turn power on again.

Wired Ethernet device error The peripheral circuit of between Wired Ethernet device
may be faulty.
Replace the board that contains this peripheral circuit.
E 6 1 0 0 Difficult to adjust focus
(Cannot initialize focus)
Turn power off and turn power on again. When this error is
not cleared, the focus control signal for the lens block may
be faulty.
Check whether this error is due to the lens or the board.
Replace the faulty lens or board.
E 6 1 1 0 Zoom operations fault
(Cannot initialize zoom lens)
Turn power off and turn power on again. When this error is
not cleared, operate the zoom lever and check following
items.
When zooming is performed, the zoom control signal
for the lens block may be faulty.
When zooming is not performed, the zoom motor
drive circuit may be faulty.
Check whether this error is due to the lens or the board.
Replace the faulty lens or board.
E 6 1 1 1 Focus or zoom fault Check both C: 32: 60 and E: 61: 10 of the self-diagnosis
code.
