INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD
Install a new gasket and the intake manifold with the
4 bolts and 3 nuts. Uniformly tighten the bolts and
nuts in several passes.
Torque: 20 N-m (200 kgf-cm. 15 ft-Ibf)
INSTALL VSV FOR TURBOCHARGING PRESSURE
Install the VSV with the 2 bolts.
CONNECT FUEL RETURN HOSE T0 RETURN PIPE
CONNECT FUEL INLET HOSE
Connect the fuel inlet hose to the delivery pipe with 2
new gaskets and the union bolt.
Torque: 32 N-m (330 kgf-cm. 24 ft-Ibf)
INSTALL ENGINE WIRE
Install the engine wire protector to the 2 mounting
bolts of the No.2 timing belt cover.
