<AcT_type> Number Indicates the type of radio access technology. Allowed values:
• 0: do not use eDRX
• 1: EC-GSM-IoT (A/Gb mode)
• 2: GSM (A/Gb mode)
• 3: UTRAN (Iu mode)
• 4: E-UTRAN (WB-S1 mode)
• 5: E-UTRAN (NB-S1 mode)

String Requested extended DRX parameters information element, half a byte in a 4 bit
