INSTALLING THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
1. Install:
• brake pad springs
• brake pads
• brake pad pin(s)
• brake pad clip(s)
Refer to “FRONT BRAKE PADS”.
2. Install:
• brake caliper
1
• brake caliper bolts
2
• copper washers
• brake hose
3
• union bolt

Proper brake hose routing is essential to
insure safe motorcycle operation. Refer to
“CABLE ROUTING” in chapter 2.
