The process bus option is available for REC615 and RER615 protection relays
equipped with phase voltage inputs. Another requirement is a communication card
with IEEE 1588 v2 support (COM0031...COM0037). See the IEC 61850 engineering
guide for detailed system requirements and configuration details.
3.5.4 Secure communication
The protection relay supports secure communication for WHMI and file transfer
protocol. If the Secure Communication parameter is activated, protocols require TLS
based encryption method support from the clients. In this case WHMI must be
connected from a Web browser using the HTTPS protocol and in case of file transfer
the client must use FTPS.
3.6 PCM600 tool
