6.2.1 Stand mounting or floor mounting

Only fastening elements (supplied) with the code 1 (Fig. 8, pos. 2) are used
for stand mounting.
1. T
urn the mounting plate over
2. Insert fastening elements from behind into the four openings marked “table”
(= table/stand mounting)
and engage into position.
3. T
urn the mounting plate over again and hold it against the required mounting
position.
4. Use the mounting plate as a template and mark the required boreholes with a sharp
pencil (
Fig. 8, pos. 4).
5. Drill the holes.
6. When mounting the plate on a stony subsurface, use suitable dowels and screws to
fix the mounting plate in place.
For table mounting, fix the mounting plate in place using screws with 5 mm diameter
.
7. Place the pump onto the mounting plate.
8. Slide the pump backwards along the mounting plate until it engages with an audible
click.
9.
By pressing down the retaining bracket (Fig. 8, pos. 5), the pump can
be released from the mounting plate again.
10. Attach the connecting lines (hydraulic and electric):

The mounting plate can also be mounted on a suitable container
.
No new holes may be drilled here so as to prevent the metering medium
from offgassing.
Only containers which have already been prefabricated over threaded
inserts for mounting pumps may be used.
