Setting of the delay after which the transition from 0 c1 is activated. The transition from 0 c1 occurs when the
speed is within the set limits. The Speed threshold signal transition from 1 c 0 is always immediate.
If the motor speed is between Speed threshold 1 and Speed threshold 2, the Speed threshold signal is ac-
tive. If Speed threshold 1 < Speed threshold 2 the Speed threshold signal is not signicant.
