1-5. Replacing the Limit Sensor and the X-Axis Home Position Sensor
(1) If only the sensor is replaced, it is not necessary to adjust the position.
(2) If the sensor is replaced together with the bracket, it is necessary to adjust the position. (X-axis
only)
1-5-1. Replacing the XL-, XR-, and XC-limit sensors, XL- and XR-near sensors, XL- and

(1) For mounting positions of the XL- and XR-sensors, the distance between the end of the
X-beam and the XL- and XR-sensor bracket must be 209.5 mm.
(2) The XC-limit sensor bracket is mounted so that it is projected 15 mm from the end of the
XM-base.
(3) When the distance between each rubber stopper and the XM-base becomes 5 mm, make the
adjustment so that each limit sensor is turned ON, and then fix the sensor with the screw.
1-5-2. Replacing the YB- +/−limit sensors and YB-near sensor
(1) Since the Y-axis bracket is fixed by the cross-recessed flat head screws, no adjustments are
required.
