13-4-6. SAFETY Board (40007368)
[Functions]
c The EMERGENCY STOP switch, limit sensor, or X_collision sensor is detected to shut down
the servo power.
d The cover open switch is detected to inform it to the software control unit.
e The sensor and solenoid valve signals of the board transport unit and ATC are exchanged
with the CONVEYOR sensor relay board through the I/F circuit.
f The EMERGENCY STOP switch is detected to stop the XY-axis and Zθ-axis.
g SMEMA I/F circuit is mounted on this board.
h This board is equipped with a flash ROM to store the M/S parameters.
[Jumper switch settings]
Jumper switches are provided on the SAFETY board assembly to be used in the control unit. Set
these jumper switches correctly while referring to the table below.
(Jumper line is mounted on the painted portion.)
