7-2. Replacing the ATC OPEN and CLOSE Sensors
(1) Remove the SEMS cap bolts fixing the ATC OPEN and CLOSE sensors to replace the ATC
OPEN and CLOSE sensors.
(2) Secure the cables to the fixing base with tie-up bands.

7-3. Adjusting the Speed Controller
After the air cylinder or OPEN/CLOSE sensor has been replaced, adjust the speed controller.
(1) While opening and closing the slide plate with the manual control, turn the knob of the speed
controller to adjust the opening/closing time to the specified adjustment value.
(The reference opening value is that the knob is opened approximately 2.5 rotations from its
fully closed position.)
(2) After adjustment, fix the knob with the lock nut.
<Standard>
Slide plate opening/closing time 80 ± 5 msec.
