13-4-10. IP-X3 Board (40001920)
[Functions]
This IP-X3 board is image processing board which processes the image data captured by the
OCC camera such as board marks, IC marks and IC chips, and calculate the values necessary
for correcting the positions of board and parts.
[Switch settings]
The DIP switches have already been set at delivery. However, check that the DIP switches are
set as shown below before setting the board assembly in the control unit.
SW 3-1 → ON SW 4-1 → OFF SW 5-1 → OFF SW 6-1 → OFF
SW 3-2 → OFF SW 4-2 → ON SW 5-2 → OFF SW 6-2 → OFF
SW 3-3 → OFF SW 4-3 → OFF SW 5-3 → OFF SW 6-3 → OFF
SW 3-4 → OFF SW 4-4 → ON SW 5-4 → OFF SW 6-4 → OFF
SW 4-5 → ON SW 6-5 → ON
SW 4-6 → ON SW 6-6 → ON
SW 4-7 → ON SW 6-7 → ON
SW 4-8 → ON SW 6-8 → ON
[Meaning of LED]
LED 1 (Green): Lit while the CPU is running normally.
LED 2 (Red): Lights up if an error such as bus error occurs in the local bus and the CPU
enters the HALT state.
LED 3 (Red): Lights up if the system enters the FAIL state.
(If the board malfunctions, both LED 2 and LED 3 will light up.)
[Switches on front panel]
RESET switch: Resets this board.
ABORT switch: Issues NMI to the host CPU.
Normally, do not operate these two switches.
