This attribute sets the limit (current or voltage) used when the source-measure unit (SMU) is in normal output-off
mode.

Set to the limit to be used when the SMU is in normal output-off mode

Details
Setting the current limit to lower than 1 mA may interfere with operation of the contact check function. See
smuX.contact.check() and smuX.contact.r() for details.

Changes the normal output-off
mode limit to 10 mA for SMU
