– Position an appropriate container under the engine.

Remove oil drain plug

with the magnet.
– Let the gear oil drain fully.
– Thoroughly clean the oil drain plug with magnet.
– Clean the sealing surface on the engine.
– Mount and tighten the oil drain plug with the magnet and
new seal ring.

with the O-ring, and fill up with gear oil.

mature wear to the transmission.

Mount and tighten filler plug

together with the O-ring.
Danger
Danger of poisoning Exhaust gases are toxic and inhal-
ing them may result in unconsciousness and death.
– Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation
when running the engine.
– Use effective exhaust extraction when starting or
running the engine in an enclosed space.
– Start the engine and check for leaks.
Finishing work
– Check the gear oil level. ( p. 110)
