Protective structure of roll-over safety bar
The roll-over safety bar was designed in accordance with current safety standards and tested for verification as:
To ensure greatest protection by means of this protective structure, the following applies:
 The seat belt must be fastened while the excavator is being op-
erated.
 Do not make any structural changes to the protective structure.
 In the event of damage, please contact your KUBOTA dealer.
(Do not repair!)
 Never operate the excavator without the protective structure.
 Never operate the machine with a higher operating weight than
the maximum permissible total weight indicated on the ROPS
identification plate (1).
 If the roll-over safety bar (1) is elevated and locked in that po-
sition, the operator is protected from being crushed in the event
of the machine tipping over if the seat belt is tightly fastened.
The excavator is equipped with a protective structure that protects the operator from severe injury or
death if the machine crashes or overturns.
