(11) Defogger (if equipped)
Defogger Switch
1. Remove the defogger switch (1) and disconnect the connector.
1) Connector Voltage
1. Turn the main switch "ON".
2. Measure the voltage with a voltmeter across the connector IL
terminal (2) and chassis.
3. Turn the head light switch "ON".
4. Measure the voltage with a voltmeter across the connector IG
(3) terminal and chassis.
2) Defogger Switch
1. If defogger does not work and connector voltage is normal,
defogger switch or defogger is damaged.

Defogger Relay
1. Remove the defogger relay (1).
2. Check the resistance between terminal a (2) and terminal b (3).
3. If the resistance is clearly different from the table below, the
relay is damaged.
