(MPPW). Primarily, LaPerla and Excella models, G 28x2 and G 27x2, are
equipped with these pumps.
The F79 fault is documented as a circulation pump communications error.
This fault does not appear on all machines at all times.
There is no reason to replace any electronics or pumps. Use your MDU to
apply a software update that will resolve the issue. The update is highlighted
in red, meaning it is a mandatory update. If you approach one of these
dishwashers for any reason, always connect with the MDU and apply the
update if it shows as available.
13 Update; Replacing the Waterproof Hose in a Dishwasher
There is only one part number for the replacement waterproof hose used in
the G 800 and G 2000 series dishwashers. That part number is 07638530.
The hose comes with the grey flow restrictor installed. This restrictor should
be removed and replaced with the green one before installation.
The electrical connector on this hose comes configured for G 800 series
units. To install the hose in a G 2000 series dishwasher, you will need to
replace the connector on the wiring harness with the G 2000 connector
supplied with the hose.
