Fuellter
NOTE:Changethedieselfuellteraftertherst50hoursof
operation,thenfollowingevery300operatinghoursthere-
after.
1.Loosenfuellterdrainplug(1)anddrainthefuelfrom
thelter.
2.Disconnecttheelectricalconnectorfromthefuellter
sensor(2).
3.Removethefuellterelement(3)fromthelterbase.
4.Removethefuelltersensor(2)fromtheoriginalel-
ementandinstallsensorwithO-ring(4)ontothenew
element.
5.Installnewelementontothelterbase.
6.Connectelectricalconnectortothefuelltersensor.
7.Tightenfuellterdrainpug.

8.Bleedtheairfromthefuellter,bylooseningtheair
bleedplug(5)andpressingthemanualfuelfeedpump
(6)severaltimesuntilthefuelowingfromtheairbleed
plugisfreeofanyairbubbles.
9.Tightentheairbleedplugwhenairfreefuelisowing
fromtheairbleedplug.

NOTE:Thereisnotafuelshutoffvalveinthefuelsystem.Tostopthefuelowfromthefueltank,thefuelinlethose
tothefuellterhastoberemovedfromthefuellterbaseandapluginstalledorthefuelhoseneedstobecrimped
shuttoshutoffthefuelow.
Hydraulicoillter
NOTE:Replacethehydraulicsystemoillteraftertherst
50hoursofoperation,andthenfollowingevery300hours
ofoperationthereafter.
Thehydraulicsystemusesaspin-ontypeoillter,located
ontheleftsideofthetractorunderneaththeoperator'splat-
form.Toreplacethelter(1):
1.Unscrewtheusedoillteranddiscard.
2.Coatthegasketonthenewlterwithalmofcleanoil.
Screwthelterintoplaceuntilthegasketcontactsthe
sealingsurface,thentightenthelterbyhandapproxi-
matelythree-quartersofaturn.Donotovertighten.
3.Starttheengineandcheckthelterforleaks.
4.Stoptheengineandcheckthehydraulicsystemoil
level.Addoilifnecessary.
