TheHSTcruisecontrollever(1)islocatedontheright
-handsideoftheoperator’splatform.Itisusedtomaintain
aconstantforwardspeed.
NOTE:ThecruisecontrolisonlyfoundonHSTmodel
tractors.
Whenthedesiredtravelspeedisreached,pushdown-
wardsonthecruisecontrolengagementleverwhilede-
pressingtheHSTforwardpedal(2).Theengagement
leverwillmechanicallyretaintheforwardpedalinthede-
siredspeedlocation.Todisengagethecruisecontrol,
depresstheHSTforwardpedalslightlyordepressboth
brakepedals(3).

Transmissionshuttleshiftlever
NOTICE:Donotattempttooperatetheshuttleleverwhile
thetractorismoving,itmaycausedamagetothesyn-
chromeshgear.Theclutchpedalmustbedepressedand
tractormotionstoppedtooperatetheshuttlelever.
NOTE:Theshuttleshiftleverisonlyfoundongearmodel
tractors.
Thetransmissionshuttleshiftlever(1)islocatedonthe
left-handsideofthedashpanel.Theshuttleshiftleveris
usedtoengagethetransmissionintoforwardorreverse
modewhiledepressingtheclutchpedal.Movethelever
forwardforforwardtravelandrearwardforreversetravel.
NOTE:Theshuttlelevermustbeintheneutral(middle)
positiontoactivatethesafetystartsystem,whichallows
theenginetostart.
