NOTE:Replacetheprimaryelementafterevery300hours
ofservice.Extremelydustyconditionsmayrequiremore
frequentserviceintervals.
1.Pulltheprimaryelement(1)fromthecanister.Clean
anyloosedirtfromthecanisterandinspecttheendof
thecanisterfordirtwhichmaypreventthenewelement
fromsealingproperly.
2.Installthenewprimaryelementbyinsertingitintothe
canisterandpushingontheendoftheelementuntilit
isseatedagainstthecanister.
NOTE:Ifelementisnotinsertedfarenoughintocanister,
theendcapcannotbeinstalled.
3.Placetheendcapontothecanisterbody,pushinon
endcap,androtateclockwise.Makesuretheendcap
islockedinplaceandnotloose.
NOTICE:Failuretoobtainagoodsealbetweenelements
andthecanistermaycausemajorenginedamage.
