hydraulicsystem.Beforeapplyingpressure,
makesureallconnectionsaretightandall
componentsareingoodcondition.Neveruse
yourhandtocheckforsuspectedleaksunder
pressure.Useapieceofcardboardorwood
forthispurpose.Ifinjuredbyleakinguid,see
yourdoctorimmediately.

1.Loosentheinjectorlinettings,(1),attheinjectors.
2.Movethehandthrottlecontrollevertoitswideopen
position.
3.Cranktheengineuntilair-freefuelowsfromeachcon-
nection,thentightenthettingsto24-29N·m(18-
21lbft).
NOTICE:Ifairisnotpurgedfromthesystem,repeatthe
aboveprocedures.Donotcranktheenginecontinuously
formorethan30secondsasthismaycausestartingmotor
failure.
