Clutchpedalfreeplay
NOTE:Checkclutchpedalfreetravelafterevery50hours
ofoperation.
ClutchpedalfreetravelshouldbemaintainedatA=20-
30mm(0.79-1.18in).
Toadjusttheclutchpedal:
1.Loosenlocknut(1)androtateadjuster(2)
2.Tighteningtheadjusterwilldecreasethefreeplaytravel
andlooseningtheadjusterwillincreasethefreeplay
travel.
3.Tightenthelocknutwhenthecorrectfreeplaytravelis
obtained
4.Checkclutchfordisengagementwhenclutchpedalis
fullydepressed.
