Thedatamasteristhedisplaywhichservesasaprimarysource
ofdataforalldisplays,italsohandlesallexternalsourcesof
information.Forexamplethedisplaysmayrequireheading
informationfromtheautopilotandGPSsystems,usually
receivedthroughaSeaTalk

orNMEAconnection.Thedata
masteristhedisplaytowhichtheSeaT alk,NMEAandany
otherdataconnectionsaremade,itthenbridgesthedatato
theSeaTalk

networkandanycompatiblerepeatdisplays.
Informationsharedbythedatamasterincludes:

Yoursystemmaybewiredforredundancywithdataconnections
madetorepeatdisplays.Howevertheseconnectionswillonly
