8.1 Standard Screens for Recipes
In order to create, save and download data records using the OP, the Data Re -
cor d Pr ocessing standard screen must be integrated in the configuration. The
standard screen Selection Data Recor d T ransmission is only required in the
configuration when current data needs to be transferred directly between the
OP and PLC.
Data records are created, modified and deleted using the standard screen Data
Recor d Pr ocessing . This standard screen can also be used to Selection Data
Record T ransmissions from data media (flash, memory cards ) to the PLC or
vice versa. The standard screen Selection Data Recor d T ransmission is only
required when data records need to be transferred between specific OPs, data
media or PLCs. A detailed description of handling standard screens is provided
in Section 8.1.1.
Use the standard screen Data Recor d Pr ocessing (Figure 8-2) to
 create data records on the OP and store them on a data medium,
 transfer the records from data media to the main memory of the OP and
from there to the PLC,
