As standard, the tread 1,500 mm has been set at the manufacturer.
Change the rim and disc positions with lifted rear part of the tractor to set the rear
wheel treads. It is necessary for wheels to rotate easily.
Before lifting don’t forget to secure the tractor front wheels with chocks to
protect them against movement!
After changing the wheel tread, tighten all bolts connecting the disc with rim to the
torque of 230 - 250 Nm and nuts of bolts connecting the disc with wheel shaft to the
torque of 400 - 470 Nm.
− Retighten bolts to the specified torque after each loosening of tire bead connec-
tion.
− Retighten connections again to the specified torques after driving the distance of
100 m with unloaded tractor.
− Retighten connections after 3 hours of operation with loaded tractor.
− After 10 operating hours recheck the tightening of disc nuts and wheel tire beads.
− Up to operating the first 100 operating hours remember to check often the tighten-
ing of disc nuts and rim beads of front and rear wheels (6-times within the first 100
operating hours as a minimum).
− Further on, continue to check the tightening of disc nuts and rim beads of front and
rear wheels after each 100 operating hours.
