CLEANING THE HEATING FILTERS
According to a stage of pollution, perform
the regeneration of filters that are located
under protective grills above the front
windshield outside the cab, by means of:
− knocking-out
− blowing-through by pressure air
Carry out the check daily. Replace
strong clogged filters.
The safety tractor cab is not
equipped with special filters of
the cab intake air.
That’s why the tractors do not
provide any protection of
operators against affects of
aerosols and other health
dangerous agents!
DRAINING THE CONDENSATE FROM
THE AIR TANK
Deflect the bleed valve so that you pull
its ring to drain the condensate.
The valve is located at the bottom of the
air tank.
CHECKING THE AIR SYSTEM FOR
LEAKS
− Fill the air tank to the maximum
pressure (730 ± 20 kPa).
− The air pressure must not drop by
more than 10 kPa during 10-minutes´
engine standstill.
Daily inspect the system for leaks
before the trailer or semi-trailer
operation!
The warning light starts to light on
the dashboard when the air
pressure in the brake system
drops below 450 ± 30 kPa!
