HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
It consists of inner and outer circuits.
The source of the pressure oil is the
gear-wheel pump.
The oil is delivered from common filling
of the gearbox and axle final drive gear.
HYDRAULIC PUMP
The hydraulic pump cannot be
disengaged. When the engine runs, the
hydraulic pump is in function.
Hydraulic pump is alternatively supplied
in two sizes:
Pump type Pump capacity
1. UD 20 50 l/min
2. UD 16 40 l/min
The relief valve limits the pressure
induced in the hydraulic circuit to 18
MPa.
HYDRAULIC OIL FILTRATION
The hydraulic pump sucks the oil through
the suction filter located on the left-hand
side of the gearbox. You can replace the
oil filter element without draining the oil
from gearbox.
The oil will spill from the filter body
during the filter cartridge replacement. A
clean vessel of approximately 10 l
volume must be used. Prepare a new
cartridge in advance. Pour the spilled oil
back into gearbox (it holds in case that
the filter element must be replaced
outside of recommended time for the oil
or filter element replacement).
