Overview 14
This chapter explains how to resolve typical problems you may encounter when using the printer. If you have
any problems with the printer, first make sure you have performed the following tasks correctly:
 Install the battery or connect the printer to an AC or DC power outlet (see Use the Rechargeable Li-ion
Battery (Optional) on page 10).
 Remove all protective packaging from the printer.
 Install and select the correct printer driver (see Installing the Printer Driver and Software (When Using a
Windows
®
PC or Mac) on page 24).
 Connect the printer to a computer or mobile device (see Connect the Printer to a Computer or Mobile
Device on page 25).
 Close the release cover completely.
 Load the paper correctly (see Loading Paper in the Printer on page 17).
