The air cleaner should be serviced at
regular intervals (page ). Service more
frequently when riding in unusually wet or
dusty areas.
Remove the air cleaner housing cover ( )
by removing the screws A ( ).
Remove the seat (page ).
Remove the right and left side covers
(page ).
Remove the air cleaner element frame
( ) by removing the screws B ( ),
washers ( ) and collars ( ).
Remove the air cleaner element ( ).
