Notes:
1. Parameter steps for each range may be performed in any order, but all four parameter steps for each range must be completed.
2. There are two internal voltage compliance ranges (20V + 100V), but externally it appears as if there is only one (100V) range.
The calibration for this range must be performed on the 2mA source range. All four 20V steps must be completed before any of
the 100V steps.
