1. Complete the service form found at the end of this
manual and return it with the instrument.
2. Advise as to the warranty status of the instrument
(see the inside front cover of this manual for war-
ranty information).
3. Write the following on the shipping label: ATTEN-
TION REPAIR DEPARTMENT.
4. Call the Instruments Division Repair Department
at 1-800-552-1115 for a Return Material Authoriza-
tion (RMA) number.
