2.1.2 PICTOGRAMS AND RELEVANT MEANINGS
The warning and danger plates applied onto the machine include or are accompanied by pictograms.
The staff in charge with the operation and maintenance of the machine must be perfectly familiar with the symbols
contained in the pictograms; the following list illustrates what they look like and their respective meanings.
1 - DANGER IN THE WORKING AREA

Do not approach or stand within the equipment operating range
when the boom and the bucket are raised.
2 - DO NOT OPEN THE ENGINE HOOD

Do not open or remove the hood when the engine is running.
3 - CONSULT THE MANUAL
q
Carefully read the contents of the manual before using the ma-
chine or performing maintenance operations.
4 - SAFETY DISTANCE
q
Do not get too near the machine and do not stand within its op-
erating range.
