– Raise the rear of the air filter box lid 1. At the same time, use your other hand to press
on the carburetor connection boot 2 to kink it at that location.

This prevents the carburetor connection boot from disconnecting from the carbu-
retor.
– Unhook the air filter holder 3 and swing it to the side. Remove the air filter 4 with the
air filter support.
– Remove the air filter from the air filter support.

– Mount the clean air filter onto the air filter support.
– Grease the air filter in area A.
