Remove the paper fragments and partially fed paper.

Clear the optional bin paper path rollers of any dirt and
contamination.

a Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Output bin quick feed > Feed to all bins

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Output bin quick feed
Perform the feed test on each optional bin.
Does the error occur in any of the optional bins?

a Remove the optional bins.
b Reinstall the optional bins one at a time, and then identify which
bin is causing the error.
