22 Setting the Position Detection System

22.1.2 Basic Position Alignment Method II
(1) Preparations
Set the parameters on the
[Abs.Posit.Param.] screen.
#2049 type (absolute position detection type) = 4
(marked point alignment method II)
#2059 zerbas (zero return parameter) =0
(position where the axis was stopped)
The parameters other than #2049 type can also be set in [Absolute
position setting screen].
(2) Turn the power OFF and ON.
(Only when #2049 has been reset.)
The following are the operations on [Absolute position setting screen].(Select [Mainte] - [To Abs pos])
(3) Select the axis set to type 4 on the
[Abs.Posit.Param.] screen.
Select the menu [Axis select], enter
the axis name (#1022 axname2
(display axis name)) in the input area
and then press [INPUT].
(4) Select "HANDLE", "HANDL_AXIS", or
"JOG" for the machine operation
switch.
(5) Confirm that the cursor is placed on
"Absolute posn set", input "1" in the
input area and press the [INPUT] key.
The input value is registered in the "Absolute posn set" area.
(6) Move the cursor to "Zero-P" with
the [ ↑ ] and [ ↓ ] keys.
Enter the value in the input area of
"Zero-P" and press the [INPUT] key.

The input value is registered in the "Zero-P" area.
