<Fatal Error: Barometer Out Of Range>
Barometer failure. The barometer reading is outside
measurement range.
• Shut down the system and restart to attempt to
clear the error.
• If the error cannot be cleared by cycling the
power, contact Technical Support for assistance.
<Fatal Error: Cassette Valve>
The cassette valve failed to nd the home position.
• Shut down the system and restart to attempt to
clear the error.
• If the error cannot be cleared by cycling the
power, contact Technical Support for assistance.
<Fatal Error: Dark Currents>
Dark currents exceed allowable limits.
• Shut down the system and restart to attempt to
clear the error.
• If the error cannot be cleared by cycling the
power, contact Technical Support for assistance.
