1.5.9. The BUS
PIMA's remote expanders have two terminal blocks for connecting to the BUS braid: "lower" and
"upper", front look. Both have four terminals, numbered 1-4. When the BUS overall length is up to
500m, the connection is done via the "lower" terminals see the next diagrams.
To extend the BUS over 500m, connect the first peripheral to the "upper" terminals to serve as a
buffer, and enable to extend the BUS.
