Note: While the setting is called SSL, the library actually uses
Transport Layer Security (TLS), a more secure successor to
SSL, to communicate with the encryption servers.

• The IP address of the primary key server (i
f DNS is not enabled),
or
• The host name of the primary key server (if DNS is enabled).

Port Number: The port number is always 6000. You cannot change
SKM port numbers.
