Meter-charge Counter Display
When meter charge mode is switched on with SP5930-001, the meter-charge counter menu is the first
item shown on the user menu:

(The “Sample Print” menu appears first when the meter-charge mode is switched off.)
PM Warning Display
When meter charge mode is switched on with SP5930, “Replace Maintenance Kit” will not be displayed
at 90k prints. The default setting for this machine is meter-charge mode off.

The meter-charge counter is not the same as the PM counter because the meter-charge counter does not
count up in the following cases:
• Blank rear side during duplex printing
• Blank page when using the “Cover Page” or “Two in One” features
• Service reports
• The meter-charge counter cannot be reset.
