PTIs
Two channels of pulse train input are available for the SINAMICS V90 servo drive:
24 V single end pulse train input
High-speed 5 V differential pulse train input (RS485)
When using the 24 V single end PTI:
When using the 5 V differential PTI:
Note
Only one channel can be used. The 24 V single end PTI is the factory setting of the
SINAMICS V90 servo drives.
When you choose to use the high
-speed 5 V differential PTI (RS485), you must change the
value of parameter p29014 from 1 to 0. Refer to "
Selecting a setpoint pulse train input
channel
(Page 222)".
